1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Leaf & Wander website at leafandwander.com (the "Site") and your participation in any Leaf & Wander community, events, or membership programs, operated by Leaf & Wander Ventures LLP ("Leaf & Wander," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our Site, purchasing merchandise, joining a membership tier, or participating in our events or community, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Site and agree to these Terms.

3. Merchandise and Orders

Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

All Leaf & Wander merchandise is produced and shipped by Printify, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All Sales Final

Because each item is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. Refunds or replacements are available only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted, as described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment card information.

Availability

Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. In the event an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Membership Tiers and Patreon

Leaf & Wander offers community membership tiers through Patreon. By becoming a member, you agree to Patreon's own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms.

Tier Benefits

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove membership tier benefits at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to active members in advance, but we are not obligated to maintain any specific benefit indefinitely.

Membership Fees

Membership fees are billed through Patreon on a recurring basis per the terms of your selected tier. Leaf & Wander does not directly process or store membership payment information. Cancellations, billing disputes, and refund requests related to Patreon membership must be handled through Patreon.

Community Conduct

Membership in the Leaf & Wander community — including participation in Discord, events, or any other community platform — is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to revoke membership access, without refund, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful, disruptive, harassing, or inconsistent with the spirit of our community.

5. Events and Travel

In-Person Events

Leaf & Wander hosts in-person meetups and community events. By attending any Leaf & Wander event, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that Leaf & Wander Ventures LLP and its co-founders are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from your attendance, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Group Travel

As Leaf & Wander expands into group travel experiences, separate terms, waivers, and booking agreements may apply and will be provided at the time of booking. Nothing in these Terms creates an obligation on our part to offer travel experiences or guarantees any specific itinerary.

Photography and Media

Events may be photographed or recorded for use in Leaf & Wander promotional materials, social media, and community content. By attending an event, you consent to your likeness being captured and used in this way. If you have concerns, please notify us before or at the event.

6. User-Generated Content

If you share photos, reviews, comments, or other content in connection with Leaf & Wander — including tagging us on social media, posting in our Discord, or submitting content directly — you grant Leaf & Wander Ventures LLP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and share that content in connection with our brand and community, with or without attribution.

You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you submit, and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to remove any user content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, harmful, or inconsistent with our community values.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Leaf & Wander Site — including the name, logo, graphics, text, and original designs — is the property of Leaf & Wander Ventures LLP and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial sharing (such as sharing a link to our Site) is permitted.

8. Third-Party Platforms and Links

Our Site and community may contain links to or integrations with third-party platforms including Patreon, Discord, Instagram, and Printify. These platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party platform.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LEAF & WANDER VENTURES LLP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leaf & Wander Ventures LLP and its co-founders, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, purchase of merchandise, participation in events, or membership in our community.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
